How does one get to each part of that building?

there is an elevator in the central column (incredibly fast it is too!) that goes to the top, then there are stairs or escalators within the cylinders that join the ‘balls’. The cylinders are about 3m wide on the inside and some of the ‘balls’ have 2 floors within them. I never imagined it would be so big until i visited it.
